Ending a relationship is as normal as falling in love.

Sometimes it’s not our choice, and sometimes it’s a tough choice we need to make.

Do you feel like you don’t know what to do next?

Are you struggling to make sense of all your feelings?

Whatever your situation, you don’t have to face it on your own. I’m here to help you through this process.

…thinking of breaking up?

…facing a breakup right now?

…struggling to get over an ex?

  • If you need more attention than your loved ones can offer right now,
  • If you don’t have anyone close you can trust at the moment,
  • If you are going through sensitive, private issues you’re not ready to share with friends and family,
  • If you’re feeling hopeless, like things will never be okay again,
  • If you just don’t know what to do next,

Make decisions

Should I stay? Should I go?
We can look into these questions if you’re still making a decision – even if you just need to make sure that you actually want to stay.

Create an exit plan

Breaking up can be done spontaneously or carefully.
We can work on a plan to help you feel confident and prepared for a conversation, a situation, and its aftermath.

Prepare emotionally

Ending a relationship may not be an easy thing to face, but there are steps you can take to make your landing as soft as possible on the other side – whether it was your choice or not.

Learn and grow

We got these lemons – let’s make lemonade! Every experience holds opportunities for us to learn new things about ourselves and the people we share our lives with.

Keep your head up

The aftermath of a breakup is usually a very hard time. Beyond the practical things, we also need hope and encouragement to just make it through the day sometimes.

Plan for the future

What will you do with all this new time? What would you like to focus on now? Moving on and processing may take longer than our 3 month program, but you’ll have the tools for it.

Process grief

The end of a relationship is a type of death – of a dream, of an identity, of a connection.
Grieving is a natural and essential part of the process of letting go and moving on.

Let go

Sometimes we don’t notice the things we are still holding onto. Feelings like needing closure, not having had your say, or having regrets, can hold us back from moving on.

Welcome the new

Just like fall and winter make space for new growth in spring, so does the end of a relationship make space for new and exciting things in your life – if you let it!

Let’s connect over a short call and find out if my program is right for you!

Coaching

What is coaching?

Coaching is a support service to help you achieve your goals.
Coaches have specific knowledge and experience in an area, and can offer you guidance, information, motivation, accountability and companionship in the process. Achieving your goals is not always easy, but with a coach, you don’t have to do it alone.

Is coaching like therapy?

No, coaching is not therapy.

Therapy is done by mental health professionals, and is aimed at treating and/or diagnosing mental health issues and providing you mental health support in a variety of ways.
Coaching is a goal-oriented service aimed at helping you work on and achieve specific objectives in your life (in my case, in your love life).
If you have unaddressed mental health issues, coaching will work much better once you are being treated and supported by a mental health professional.

Think of it like preparing for a marathon: you may want both the help of a seasoned runner with marathon experience to coach you through your preparation, and also the services of a licensed physiotherapist to help you overcome previous injuries or protect yourself from future ones.
Your physiotherapist might not have any experience with running, and your running coach might not be a healthcare practitioner.

In a similar way, you might want both the help of a relationship coach with a passionate interest in the field and first hand experience to guide you through the process of finding, starting, improving or ending a relationship, as well as the support of a licensed mental health practitioner (such as a therapist) to support you with your personal development, previous trauma, or any mental health issue you might be facing.
Your therapist might not have any experience or practical advice on how to face a divorce or a long-distance relationship, and your relationship coach might not be a mental health practitioner.

Sessions

How do the programs work?

The first step is us getting to know each other.

In the first meeting, I want to hear about your story, what you are looking for, and to introduce myself.
After that, we will meet online once a week as we work through the program, taking each step together. I will guide you through activities and worksheets, share information and reading recommendations, check in on your progress, and support you through the whole process.

At the end, we will look back on the results together and you will hopefully feel transformed!
Clients who have completed a program can schedule individual follow-up sessions at a discounted rate once a month for a year.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

You can request a cancellation or rescheduling until 48h before a session.

Are the meetings in person?

No, currently all meetings happen online via video call.
